KEVIN CLARK, a Senior Vice President of Investments with Raymond James and Associates, is currently in his thirty-fifth year of providing macro-economic advice for the investor community. His practice, primarily includes speaking, media appearances and writing on economic and political events, has an emphasis on advice for the long-term individual investor. His practice, for Raymond James, is based in Holland, Michigan and he additionally consults from the Naples, Florida branch of the firm.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. In addition to being full-time in the financial services industry, he continues to invest time in his community. In 2011, he became a director of West Michigan Community Bank with additional oversight of the bank’s trust department.
In 2016, Kevin was elected Chairman of Blood:Water.org; a Nashville TN based non-profit founded by the multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning band, Jars of Clay. Blood:Water is an equipping agency that partners with African grassroots organizations to address the HIV/AIDS and water crises.
From 1986 through 2011, Kevin was a weekly financial guest contributor for Midwest Communications, Inc. in Western Michigan. The “Kevin Clark Business Minute”, a live weekly radio show ran continuously for 25 years.
Kevin is married to his wife of 38 years, Jane, and together they have three married sons and five grandchildren. Along with time with his family, he enjoys spending time reading, while writing and developing his second book project on the markets and economy.
